Our business is centered around our people. We are committed to creating an outstanding work environment for all our employees by engaging them in the business through collaboration and opportunities for personal and career development.
We have many talented employees across the Canada including 309 warehouse employees 344 Class 1 / AZ drivers, 154 Admin staff, 76 Supervisors and 47 Managers.
Reducing our carbon footprint is key and begins with an environmental scorecard for each distribution centre. We track our landfill contribution, energy and fuel use, and the amount of materials we recycle and reuse.
Our company could not exist without strong communities and we aim to do our part in making them stronger. Each distribution centre supports the Ronald McDonald House Charities, which provide temporary housing to the families of hospitalized children.
We know that safety on the road leads to safety in the community. It all starts with extensive training and embedding a "Think Safety – Work Safely" culture companywide in all that we do. And even before we set out, our maintenance team ensures that the reliability of our fleet matches the dependability of our drivers.
